bought it when the 470 was released, all the 480s were out of stock at the time

Plays great. But then again, its not very demanding these days. I would imagine any of the Ryzen processors could handle it on max settings (with an equally powerful graphics card of course).

I think its just the weight of the cooler. I've been looking for a discreet gpu brace to hold it in place without being seen.

I've never really tried overclocking. Maybe someday down the road. But if I did, I think I'd replace the cooler. Even if it worked, I'd prefer some extra headroom.

Thanks for the suggestion. I gave it a try, but it didn't solve the sag and didn't look as clean. Going to keep working on it though.
