Not true. Since there are no other case fans, moving the fan towards the front will create a positive air flow. Cool air will be sucked in and the warm air will be forced out the small holes in the case. If the fan was left in the rear of the case, warm air would be forced out and cool air would be sucked in from the small holes in the case; resulting in a greater dust issue. I LOVE that case. I would put the rear fan towards to front. I had a lot of dust issues since it's very open and not sealed. Nice build.

My temps are listed somewhere. The noise isn't too bad. Since it is under my desk for now, the noise is low when i am above the desk. I plan on wall mounting it soon so that might change the noise level.
