It depends on what you're looking for, really. If you're wanting that super realistic looking gameplay, get a 20-series for sure. But if you're just wanting good FPS and good detail on the environment itself, get a 1080 or 1080 Ti.

I have an MSI Gaming X 1080 and a 1440p monitor, I still get 120+ FPS average on every game I play on high or ultra (depending on optimization, of course). Plus now that the 20-series cards are out, 10-series are gonna go down in price which is amazing cause they're all still really reliable and powerful cards.

Is it just me or is that cooler seem a little big for a 1070 Ti? I have a 1080 and it's half the size of that.

Great build none the less, my friend. Hope it's treating you well and congratulations on the feature! A1 cable management as well.

If a 1TB SSD is considered a mid range PC, I built my computer wrong. :P

Awesome build though, man. So much power in such a small form factor. I love it.

The more benchmarks I see, the more happy I become with my 1080. The difference in average FPS really isn't as big as they hyped it up to be. It's a straight up money grab, and it shows. Plus I'm sure as soon as RTX is turned on, these cards are gonna suffer in terms of FPS and temperatures.

Maybe when I get more aware of how the BIOS works and what not. I don't wanna permanently damage or ruin something because of a wrong voltage or whatnot considering this is my first build.

Way ahead of ya. I gotta update and upload some new photos of the fans in the other direction. We caught that they were all set to exhaust right before we finished.

Yeah, I realized that the fans were facing the wrong way right before we finished building it. The fans are now on the same side, but facing the other direction so they're taking in air then exhausting it out.

But I'm glad you like it! I appreciate you taking the time in commenting!

It's more of a context word. It still does mean you're high or stoned, but if you're talking about an object or an event that happened, "lit" can be used as a word to describe it as "cool or awesome".

Gotta say, this is a pretty solid build.

It's not too pricey (which is always a plus), looks great in that S340 case, and just powerful for what it is.

Great job, man! Hope you're enjoying it!

I'm amazed when people create builds as beautiful as this one and it's their first build.

Nonetheless, beautiful build. Love the part list too. A little jealous you were able to get 32GB of RAM for under $400.
