Looks nice, like the theme. That cable management could have some work on it though
This specs, what a rare sight
Probably because if you're having your pc on the ground, you don't want to constantly kick it by accident
Oh hey, I have the same drawers :D solid build
Nah, cost is generally the factor (for a good looking loop)
My dad says it looks like a brothel lol
(first thing most people think when they see flashy colours)
Wow is that an old comment.
But yeah it has finally arrived, let's hope it isn't all an overhype again
Wait, you're in the USAF but moved from DE to the US? So you were working overseas then?
Lol my grandparents have the exact same cpu.
Slower you sl#t
650$ for a 4K TV? ****'s really becoming affordable
Hey I have the same office drawers :D
Wow, this is a truly clean, pretty build. My personal fave so far
I wonder: Do this people that do crazy expensive Pcs have a wife or something? They generally make a setup that takes a good amount of real estate that a normal woman would generally question.
Oh, and they always own cats.
On a more serious note: Is it only for gaming or do you intend to use it for professional/prosumer applications?
+1 for cat featuring
Heh, soft tubbing doesn't has to look uglier compared to hard tubbing. Well done job here.
Btw I wonder but you probably can't: Mixing hard and soft tubbing?
Hue+ sounds like something the brazilians would love
Not mad that the contest is region locked, but why do companis sometimes do this?
That's some expensive storage
It's official: The trend for 2016/2017 is tempered glass
Says budget is a limiting factor
Gets 1k Case
That windows 10 explanation sums it up pretty well
I'm a noob to custom loops but... are those "Angled fittings" a solution for people who suck at hand work and bending hard tubbing? :P
Phillip Team wohoo!
Tempered glass is love, tempered glass is life
I see hand moisturiser ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
The Headphone stand looks way more interesting to me. Is it proprietary or can you buy it somewhere?
Gefällt mir :) mann sieht Deutsche nicht so oft hier
Build naming 10/10
That keyboard though
Yeah, both too op for my needs
I already knew that FreeNAS would be too OP for my use, but at least I can strike NAS4Free too out of my list. Thanks
I wish my gf was interested in any kind of good games... freaking "mobile gaming" cancer
Anyway, really nice job. Makes me want to have a Rasperry Pi
The fans on the radiator: The highest Air flow possible (generally marked in mm3 H2O)
The rest: The highest CFM possible.
Brand doesn't matter, so long it's a good one.
It's probably the fame. A lot of people know much more about Noctua and hear good about them, so they know they can't go wrong. Soem people don't even consider other brands.
You weren't very nice to him. How would you feel if someone told you were wrong in this and that although you never did anything wrong?
You need to carefully explain him, show comparisons, explain the tech inside. But mostly respect him and his decisions, and praise the similarities, not fight the differences. If he though prefers to ignore you, unlucky him, ignorance is a bliss
But you're basically right, when it comes to price for performance, Desktop class rules. But we all know why laptop hardware is grind down, and some people simply are in too many places to have a desktop.
1st: They do sell
2nd: As I said, check the manual. A pc case has virtually always more than 1 mounting standoff for fans
That's a lot of heat you have to move
3x140mm on top as exhaust
Keep the 140mm on the back as exhaust
Radiator on the front 360mm with 3x120mm fans pulling air from the outside, and pushing into the radiator (fans are between mounting holes and the radiator
anywhere between 2 to 6 140mm fans as intake on the side
Just try to find the fans that the manufacter used for its case, it's always made by the same company. Or exchange the one that comes included with 4 new. Either way, you need to buy 3 more fans, I'd say. Refer to the manual and product page
Right now, no. Unless you run chrome, a game and other stuff in the background without paging, but I doubt it
Depends on your build. But if you have a decent case, the fans in it should be enough. Now if you want to add more, it depends on your hardware
Razer (sorry :P)
What they don't make? Sales where I live lmao
Yes, we know Tigerdirect is a bunch of bull.
But your question is?
If you benefit from more RAM, then go for it. Otherwise, spend the 100£ on the SSD alone. Or use the other half for something else than RAM
Didn't notice you had the build. It comes with a back fan only. I reccomend you get either configuration (what you have to buy), all of them should be 120mm:
1 intake, 1 exhaust (3 in total: 1 intake, 2 exhaust)
2 intake, 1 exhaust (4 in total: 2 intake, 2 exhaust)
2 intake, 2 exhaust (5 in total: 2 intake, 3 exhaust)
I already knew from "writting black/red numbers" when it comes to accouting, just didn't know it was related to black friday itself. Thanks!
If the rest of your build has a bit of white, yes. Just don't go over the 3 colour combination as I said and it should look cool.
Well, it's obviously wood. But I can't tell what kind of
Isn't it more like, very very dark brown? Because you could call school uniform socks black, but they're infact just a very very dark tone of blue
