Cereal first, the only acceptable reason to put the cereal into the milk is if you're on a second (or later) bowl, and theres leftover milk

Any other way should be considered treason

What settings did you change exactly?

To my knowledge, you shouldn't be able to OC on any A320 board whatsoever. But I may be missing something.

If you did manage to OC, it sounds like what you tried to clock your hardware to is unstable, and your PC wont allow itself to turn on

The Cooler Master - Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler may require a separately available mounting adapter to fit the MSI - B450 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard.

Is that the message you're getting?

I'm not too sure why it's going for a lower price

Maybe they have too many in stock? Or maybe that specific one isn't selling too well. Or perhaps they're feeling generous I'm not sure.

Either way that's a rather decent deal. I say jump on it ASAP before the sale ends

Are you feeling any form of vibration anywhere on the aio? Wouldn't hurt to give it a shot

Comment reply on Forum Topic "CPU Idling at 65C"

  • 1 point

I've heard that you should be able to feel a slight vibration on the tubes. But don't quote me on that.

I'm not too well versed on water coolers honestly. But I have seen the issue lie where the user didn't plug the pump in to the right connector on the motherboard. There should be a place that says something along the lines of "AIO Pump"

That could potentially be an issue

Comment reply on Forum Topic "CPU Idling at 65C"

  • 1 point

It's possible that the pump on the cooler may not be functioning.

Also I know you said you made sure it was screwed down properly, but give it a slight wiggle to confirm that it's fully secured

Comment reply on Forum Topic "why is my laptop so slow?"

It's that junky old Celeron. Those aren't meant to handle any type of gaming whatsoever.

As for the 720p videos, I'm not quite sure. Perhaps age is starting to show on the laptop. Perhaps it's your internet. Maybe some wizard is out there holding a grudge against you.

Here is a cheaper and less good looking option, but should be basically the same

The FX series was a rather large flop, even back when it released.

There's more to CPU's than cores and clockspeeds. The main thing would be the IPC (instructions per clock) the FX series has a god awful IPC compared to pretty much any rather modern CPU. The the whole thing with cores. Physically, yes, they have the amount of cores as listed. However, they use a two core per module setup, so each group of two cores are using the same resources. So FX 8 and 9 series are basically quad cores.

Then they also run very warm. In other words, you'd be far better off getting a Ryzen CPU

It does pretty well. You'll get about 10+ more FPS over Ryzen in most games (which really isn't noticeable)

It also has a turbo clock of up to 4.1 if the temperature allows it. But no manual overclocking unfortunately

Technically, there's always some type of bottleneck

All you're gonna lose is 10% or less FPS with Ryzen

I'm sure most people would rather spend the $165 and get a solid all around performer, over spending $30 more and getting a barely noticeable performance increase. Not to mention you're getting half the threads with an i5

Honestly it may just be the moniter trying to give out or something, or it could possibly be the DVI - DP adapter.

I couldn't imagine it being an issue with the PC itself. Did it just recently start doing this?
