manirelli's Build Guide: Excellent Intel Gaming Build

It depends on what you want to get. The i5 seems enough to me, specially if it is a only gaming PC, but if you want the extra performance you can go for it

This is pretty much perfect, It is slightly above my budget, but I don't think it is possible to go down without sacrificing key parts. Thank you!

Sadly, buying this in Spain goes up to 2000$, way over my budget

Maybe with a i5?

This looks pretty good. Could I get away with a cheaper MB, CPU Cooler and RAM (maybe get not RGB parts) and get a 2080 instead of the 2070??

I'm pretty new too, but I think I can help.

  • What do you want the PC for? I would say 16GB RAM is enough, specially if it is a gaming PC.
  • I'm in a similar budget (1500) and I think right now is better option a 2070 GPU than a 1080. Is a bit more expensive, but has better performance and it has the Ray Tracing which may be usefull in the future. Maybe the Ray Tracing ends up being useless, but if you can have it for a similar price, why dont get it?

Those are my comments, I hope someone with more experience can help you too
