Lol it was 9 or 10 PM here I believe, I don't remember lol. But anyways, it should have 1 billions up votes by now :D That's how good I think it is. :P
Why doesn't this have more up votes?
Beautiful looking build. I love hard tubing, it's so clean and sexy.
When did that become an issue?
You know what?
Small comment, gets a -1 from me.
Alright. I get your point. It is indeed a hassle and is as you said like modifying a Ferrari. I look at watercooling being more for looks than gaining performance because honestly, the performance you squeeze out with watercooling isn't enough to justify the amount you are paying for the extra. Enjoy your build! Happy gaming! :P
Nice build dude, but have you considered custom watercooling?
I feel like this build isn't right without custom watercooling, but I didn't pay for it. :]
Hope you enjoy your build! :D
Thanks for your reply :)
I think I'll go with the NB eLoops.
Alright, thanks. :)
Would you recommend the fan?
That's a nice build dude. How are the Helix fans doing? Some people say they are like the Gentle Typhons and some say they are bad.
How much noise do they produce? Can you hear the fans at full speed?
lol I already got the answer way way back, but thanks :]
Hey, ok I tried to fit some better parts into the price and I pretty much failed :P
You put up a nice build for the price. :)
I was able to come up with this tho: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/29pGw
What is your sister using this for? (just asking so I can maybe say what could have been changed and so on)
LOL! Didn't see the dishwasher!
It's okay. :)
We all make mistakes.
I used to go around telling people that it would straight void warranty, but after a bit of research, I found it depends on manufacturer. :P
EDIT: Okay I can't seem to find the powercolor link. :/
But I know I saw a few posts on forums saying that they pmed powercolor and powercolor was fine with it as long as they didn't cause any physical damage.
Oops...I thought I pressed edit..
Yes, I can. A little researching I did a while back around the internet helped me find the answers.
"XFX understands that some enthusiasts may choose to replace the original component with their own cooling solution. To support the gaming community, we recommend that you contact XFX prior to any modifications so that we can update your profile and product registration to avoid potential issues with warranty support."
Evga doesn't void warranty as well. http://forums.evga.com/tm.aspx?m=1004579
I forgot where the powercolor link was. Searching for it. :)
Yes, the r9 290 is capable of 1440p gaming.
You will have to tweak with the video settings of some games though, like Crysis 3.
I you are wrong about the warranty being voided. Some manufacturers, like XFX, PowerColor, and MSI wont void the warranty as long as you do not damage the parts physically.
Budget? What's that? I never heard of that word. :|
Very nice build dude!
As everyone says, watercooling would make it even beastlier. But I understand it's scary so take your time to research and come up with something! :)
What was with those dislikes at first? I find it hard to believe that is a troll build.
Nice build dude! :)
It looks very nice and that white tubing...beauty. White is beautiful.
I think you might want to redo the pics :p Up to you tho! :D
Just don't push the GTX 780 too much if you are going to sell it again. :P
Happy gaming and whatever else you do with the rig! :D
Lol yeah ikr. The main thing pissing everything off is the not so good blower on that card, just like it's pissing you and me off :P
I am expecting some good temps from the third party coolers.
Something else that is making me pull the hair of my head is Mantle. Just can't wait to see the performance it's supposed to give!
I hope it's not more than two months till the release of third party cards.
Hey there, I think you should wait till the after market coolers for the R9 290 comes out. Tomshardware did a review on the 290 (or 290x) with an Arctic Cooling aftermarket cooler and they gained a quite good amount of fps and the noise was not that high and it stayed cool (around 65C) as well.
If you want to buy now, then it depends if you want a blower in your case or a GTX 780.
Hey man, I am sorry. I thought it was a fake build. :(
Hope you forgive me for accusing you of being a troll. :/
You have a very nice build! :)
Nice build dude.
Any plans of cooling those two monsters (GPUs) with water?
Lol, the top of the case got murdered. :P
Nice build. I love seeing watercooled builds. :)
This is such a badass build imo.
That welfareprince kid messed this place so much that I have a hard time believing that any of these elite builds actually belong to them.
Of course, this one is legit. :D
You know, people are gonna have a hard time believing this is yours when you claimed the others that you deleted were yours, but in fact, they weren't.
As ImElkay said,"Just remove it and never use this site again"
He brought the Haf X build again!
Where did you steal this one from?
That mobo and that case and that cpu and those gpus and and and everything!
If I had a build like that, I would be staring at it more than I would be using it. :P
Btw, how much did your watercooling parts all together cost? Just curious. :)
Now that's a FANcy build. ;)
An H100i costs $100 and the EVO costs $35...
No pictures. No description. Fake, Fake, FAKE!
That's a terrible build...no wonder all the dislikes...
As others said, AMD route would have gotten you much better for your money.
I feel bad for your friend's $700.
Where is the i5 and the Sabertooth in the build?
I see an an AMD motherboard in the pics only :P
EDIT: NVM, I didn't see the last picture.
Great build! :D
how did you mount the cooler like that? On every tech website review, it shows it being mounted vertically.
Omg...dat description. If only I was able to give +100 :'(
Awesome build, awesome description, awesome drawings... +10000000000. :D
I like this build so I have a +1 :)
That 7950 at $170 is a steal...well at least here in Canada. :P
Hope you enjoy gaming on this!
Btw, I am going to send a friend request on origin. My name is Harvey_Spect3r
Makes sense. I am seeing CAD so I was a bit confused lol
Hmm, the parts are pretty balanced. Care to show what the inside looks like? :)
Wtf? Where did you see a 7970 for 230??
I think you mistook the 7970 for a 7950.
Your friend was wrong. This is terribly unbalanced. :P
Oh I see.
I don't have the case, but I wanted to keep it as an option when I build my computer since I love seeing my parts through a window panel. :P
Very nice build dude...very nice.
Can you tell me where you got the Window version of the case?
add room management heheheh :P
Yeah, I live pretty far away :P
Edit: Ontario, Canada
And you sold that build without the SSD and RAM for $450...
I would have bought that damn thing! >.<
I would have even paid for the shipping!
The motherboard and the case and the cooler and the powersupply and the gpu and the CPU...basically the entire thing. Someone got a good rig for a cheap cheap price! Damn it, I wish that was me... :P
That motherboard is just boss...
EDIT: You got an awesome rig for such a ridiculously low price. That thing would have been at least $700 CAD where I live.
Wait, wait, wait. Is the build in the picture the build you bought for $320? (I am really confused)
I don't like the PSU. I heard it is bad because it doesn't have japanese caps. Idk tbh.
Wouldn't 1.65V RAM be an issue or no?
