sound quality is very good; probably somewhere just under the Sennheiser PC37X. the place that costs were cut was with the MIC. its fine in and of itself, but it fits poorly into the headset, leading to it becoming disconnected during gameplay sometimes. I would recommend a modMIC or something like that.
Pretty good headphones. Sound quality is pretty good along with mic sound quality. Only complaint is they start to hurt my head and ears after long gaming sessions.
Quality wireless headset for $60... pretty hard to beat. Sound is fantastic using one of the preset settings. Mic is removable for those using a separate mic. Connectivity to Corsair's FANTASTIC ICue software for adjustability is great. Earpads are decent but my ears do slightly bottom out on the drivers. I might try to replace them with something a little thicker. Look/aesthetic is GREAT. No RGB to run the battery down. Battery life is ok... lasts about 8-10 hours of straight gameplay at 80% volume before a charge is needed. Sure, there are better options out there for battery life (like the Hyper X Cloud Flight which last about 20 hours+) but they are double the price. Simply put... for $60 you will be hard pressed to find a better wireless option anywhere.
They are definitely RECOMMENDED at that price... but dont pay more than $70 for them.
