from completed build FaceRipper - mATX X399 SLI Build

The first mATX Thread Ripper board to hit the market, the build quality on this thing is amazing. An abundance of m.2, SATA, fan headers and 3 x 16x16 PCI-E slots, this thing is a beast and ideal for a full-fat SLI set-up with a 1 slot spacing for improved air-flow. My only gripe is that some of the bios options are not documented too well. Although the majority of options are self-explanatory for the average user the more in-depth 'enthusiast' options could use some more documentation. The fan tuning UI is also a little clunky, but it does the job. These are relatively minor criticisms for a fantastic board.

    from completed build Cold Shot

This is my third Asrock mobo and I can say that I am a fan of asrock after using them for over 2 years. Plug and play. Easy bios update function and was able to detect everything the first time around. Happy camper.

This is one of the few, if not the only micro-ATX TR4 motherboard? Regardless, this board offer huge value in terms of what you get for your money! 3 x PCIe x16 slots 3 x M.2 PCIe x4 slots - ALL wired directly to the CPU to take advantage of the Threadripper platforms massive PCIe offerings. The board have decent VRMs, and overclocks nicely while keeping temperatures cool, the IO has all you can ask for + wifi. Overall great value for the money you pay for it. It's not the absolute best TR4 motherboard out there, but it's definitely best in its class (form factor + price range)! 5/5 - Highly recommended
