Very pricey but also loaded with features. Excellent build quality and BIOS is easy to understand, well-organized, and the BIOS-update over network feature is super nice to have.

I always wanted a ROG Maximus board and while the performance isn’t significantly different from the competitors, I definitely like it over my Gigabyte, MSI, Bioshock and basic ASUS boards I have had in the past. The bios is really what helps it stand out. Looks help too.

I have always loved this MOBO. I even forgo-ed my decision to change to Ryzen next year just to get this. I know they have an AM4 version of Hero as well, but I heard this overclocks (future 7700K) like a champ. Oh, whenever I look inside my case, I get a boner as well! :p
