My last build was in the S340 and has no problems with it all went smooth so when I saw this coming out it was a no brainier, subtle improvements here and there and obviously the sexy glass panel.

A gorgeous case at a competitive price considering it has full tempered glass panel and not acrylic or plastic. an absolute dream to work in with ample space for ATX motherboards and the built in cable management bar does a great job at hiding unsightly cables. i personally love the ssd mount on the front and the back has built in cable clips, tie down points and plenty of options cut out wise for cable management. Did i mention it has thumbscrews and pre- installed standoffs!

What can I say this is beautiful. Was 100% going to get the Enthoo Evolv until I found out about the Elite S340. It looks so clean, it reminds me of a server room while the matt black reminds me of a matt black Aventador.

The case is brand new as of October 2016 and it looks amazing. The tempered glass really sets it apart. That being said I would probably give it a 7/10. First, the thumb screws are crap, and are no where near as nice as the ones that came on my Antec 300 from my previous build. Its like they dipped all the screws in paint instead of having them anodized so the threads are all gummed up. I'm also not sure if they actually tapped the holes in the case with a thread tap or if they just jammed the screws into drilled holes. I do appreciate all of the cable management holes and shrouds, it really helps make a clean appearance especially since you can see so much with the glass window. The front panel removal process is scary. I feel like I am going to break the thing every time I go to remove it. The front cover snaps into place with these split plastic plugs that are very stiff and I can not see them lasting repeated removal over the years to clean the dust filter. Again the ancient Antec 300 was miles better than the NZXT in this regard. My last gripe is the top fan is currently the loudest component to the whole system. Either the fan is bad or the case is tweaked a little bit as the fan makes a loud buzzing noise, I thought it was the Corsair water pump at first. If I press on the metal grate on the casing where the fan is attached I can get the noise to go away! I tried to loosen and retighten the screws but it did not help. Maybe all I need are some rubber washers or the rubber fan mount plugs but NZXT should of accounted for this already. I currently have a ticket open with NZXT about this, so I will update with their response.

It's pretty, and building was a breeze.

high quality materials; cable management was very easy; tempered glass panel is super smexy in person (way better than in pictures)

Good looking case, the tempered glass gives it a a better look than the S340. No openings for DVD drive, but that wasn't a show-stopper for us. Also some of the thumb-screws still needed a screwdriver, but that's not exactly a shocker...

Great case for those who don't like to do much work and like great outcomes. Even makes my crappy paint job look good!!!
