Ultra sexy and combined with some quality after-market fans runs whisper silent. Provides great cooling. Little pricey but looks like this don't come cheap.

Very happy with this AIO cooler. BTW, rev 2 just means it has the AM4 bracket included.

My only concern is the amount of pump failures I'm seeing in https://www.reddit.com/r/NZXT/

Maybe I'm lucky because I haven't seen any issues, and maybe the failure rate is quite small when looking at total sales. It does make me nervous though, but I'm hoping mine will survive long.

Three words: Silent, beautiful and beautiful.

Color me impressed! This is the best looking best performing cooler I have ever used. It keeps my i7-7700K at 22C idle and under 60C while gaming. I can't wait to see what I can do with overclocking! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

BEAUTIFUL!!!

Great CPU cooler with a very beautiful pump. I only got this AIO for aesthtic purposes. I previously had an H115i which was not bad at all but the pump was throwing off my build so a straight swap for the Kraken and it really stands out. I did replace the stock NZXT 140mm fans with two Corsair ML140 WLEDs to reduce the sound.

I have the ring and logo match whatever color scheme I decide to go with at the time. I do play with the different presets whenever I feel like a change but overall just keeping it nice and clean. The 280 rad is rather large and some cases may have difficulty finding a good place for it. I went with the Air 540 specifically so I could place the radiator at the top for exhaust.

Overall - Keeps my (delidded) 7700k nice and cold allowing for a high overclock all while maintaining a low fan curve.

Great cooler, keeps the CPU icy and isn't too loud

Sexy cooler with good performance. The 2 extra fan connection spots are great to connect case fans since you can control those from windows.

Probably one of the best 280mm cooler out there. Silent, performant and beautiful. But it can really be improved :

  • No open source / Linux support. Even on Windows, CAM software is unstable.
  • The pump is reflecting a lot.
  • The pump can block RAM slots on certain motherboards.
  • The radiator is less pretty than Corsair H series in my view, it looks cheap, even if it's not.
  • I got a dead pump, I had to RMA and to wait for a replacement.
  • The pump cables are not really beautiful

Had a tiny issue when installing: it wasn't getting recognized by either the motherboard or CAM software. It was getting power though, so the pump was working and fans blowing at full throttle. I removed the Kraken's internal USB cable from the mobo header and tried a Thermaltake fan controller in the same header to make sure the header didn't malfunction. Well, the TT controller worked. I then replaced the Kraken's USB cable to the same header, turned the PC on and all of a sudden everything worked. Haven't had a problem since. CAM software works perfectly and is quite useful and very configurable. The AIO keeps my non-delidded 7700K reasonably cool at max 70C with 4.8ghz. The main selling point is the RGB pump head though. It is gorgeous! I was worried that it may be too flashy or "arcady", but you can actually make it very classy too.

Keeps my R5 1600x very cool. At 4.1Ghz on all cores I was hitting 78C at max. The infinity mirror also looks gorgeous, and the software is very easy to use.
