I have connected everything and, according to my "newfag" understanding (and the instructions) everything seems fine. But when I turn it on it happens:

-CPU and fans start working. -After three seconds, the computers shuts down. No image on the monitor. -Three seconds later, it restarts again. - Go back to step one.

I tried disconnecting the reset switch pins, thinking that it may be a contact between them, but it didnt help.

anyone can give me a hand, please?

It's like my computer. Just get a different board. Gigabyte motherboards aren't the best.

Sorry but that's not an option for me, as all the pieces are completely new. Except if the motherboard happened to be broken, but I doubt it actually...

Only touch the sides or metal parts.

Also too much power can short it out.

I've seen this before. Make sure your RAM is inserted properly, so that the arms on the side of the slots snap shut.

Check ram, and check that the dummy connection from the h100i is in the cpu1 fan header properly. (its purpose is to tell the motherboard there is a cpu cooler even though the h100i runs off sata power)

Also try a different outlet. Some wall outlets have issues which the psu sees as a problem

Make sure the power and reset case headers aren't switched on the motherboard, having power button hooked to the reset header can do just that.
