PC Freezes after 5 minutes. What's wrong?

My PC is freezing up after 2-5 minutes of use. I am not using a GPU. I have an asrock Z390-i MB, i7 9700k CPU, Crucial M.2 500GB SSD, 32GB G.Skill Trident Z RAM and Noctua NH-L9i CPU Cooler. What could be the issue? Could not having a GPU be the issue? Is it my M.2 SSD? Could my Windows 10 be corrupted? Thanks guys!

Temps are great. CPU isn't even getting over 45 c before the freeze happens. Divers and windows are both up to date.

My best guess would be a RAM issue. Do you get any errors if you run memtest86+?
