green lights tend to be good, look at the motherboard manual and will likely tell you what led's in each area mean..

I have a yellow one on one of my MB's and it never seems to affect anything honestly.

That's the "Q-LED" which shows different colors based on PC status. If you were having issues, you could see what color this LED is showing to possibly troubleshoot related components. Green basically means that all is well and your PC properly booted.

I looked up the owners manual for the Asus ROG B450-F and found this information on chapter 1 page 10.

Boot - green

VGA - white

DRAM - yellow

CPU - red
