Intel B360 Warning on system builder

I decided to build a budget PC through system builder and when I finished I got an warning stating "Some Intel B360 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Coffee Lake Refresh CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions". I need someone smarter then me to determine whether this PC will be able to run a BIOS update though my CPU choice, I will need a different cpu, or I dont need a BIOS update at all. Heres the link to the build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Xgrjmq Thank you in advance. The help is much appreciated.

P.S. will the dimensions work in this case. I assume so but I cant be so sure. It's an atx mid tower so I think it should.

Without actually checking the specific motherboard You get there is no way to answer that question.

It would be easier to just get a B365/Z390 which is ready for 9th gen out of box.

And If You don't mind the 9600KF cannot be overclocked on that board so You might as well just get a 9400f and build Yourself a better rig.
