Corsair Vengeance rgb pro ram incompatibility?

Recently built my friend a new pc and decided to upgrade my own at the same time, had both put together, and attempted to post. Both computers showed a "no display" on the monitor but seemed to boot normal and not give any code I could realize. Being new to troubleshooting it took a while to find out it was the Ram that was causing the issue. I changed my ram from a set of corsair vengeance led 16gb 3000 Cas 15 and set of Corsair Vengeance lpx 16gb 3000 Cas 15, (ran together no problem,) to two sets of Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16gb 3000 CAS 15. And the new machine had the same but white sticks. I could not get the ram to give a display no matter that I'd done so I took them to a friends to try on his board, a Gigabyte AB350-GAMING 3. They worked immediately, 2 sticks, and all 4. HOWEVER at the time we didn't think to actually try to play anything because the main issue was just not getting a display. Brought them home, tried again in my machine with ALL 4 (had only tried 2 at a time before) and they worked on both machines. Did updates and all as usual, later that night I tried to play Borderlands 2 and Rust, both games crashed almost instantly. Shortly after the new machine with the same sticks crashed with no display from watching a YouTube video. Old ram was split between the two machines and the pro were taken back, no issues with them since. Assuming these sticks are not compatible with something in the system, but wasn't expecting it being all the specs should have lined up. Any ideas or same issues from anyone else? Here are the two builds and links to all the ram that's been used. Thanks all!

I just realized and should note that BOTH 'My build' and 'New build,' are using this power supply: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/79tQzy/corsair-rmx-2018-750w-80-gold-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-cp-9020179-na

Well just from looking at the first link "your build" it looks like 3000MHz memory isn't on the supported speed list for your board. While normally it would just downclock your memory speed to the next supported speed and work fine, it may be causing issues for some reason. So if you have some other memory that runs at a supported speed (Board Specs) see if that resolves your issue.

Thank you for the reply. I did put in my old ram, the Corsair vengeance red led and lpx sets at 3000hz Cas 15, and they both worked again as normal, or sort of. Have had many other issues since, extremely low frame rates since with the 2070 AND the old 1070 I used as a test. The PCIE slot used didn't matter, the ram was tested and worked fine on another computer, many windows installs and driver installs, power supply swaps. Everything but the CPU has been swapped for testing. Put a new motherboard in a few days ago, seems to be working just about normal, though the card may be a little off, doing some more testing with it. Also had gotten same ram and motherboard as the other computer, didn't want to overclock to the proper xmp either, might have just been bad sticks, old ram in and clocked normal. Been a 3 week ordeal.
