Are "for fun" posts in Part List Opinions Wanted OK?

I know that picking the most expensive parts for a list and posting it isn't OK, but are "for fun" posts asking for opinions fine?

For example: an infinite budget build that has reasonable price/preformance (like a $12K build for 4k @120Hz gaming instead of a $135k build fot 1080p60), an extreme budget build (like a <$250 build that can still run Windows 10), or something else (like the cheapest build possible that can run a 2080ti without bottlenecking it).

Generally, save everyone's time and make threads when you actually want advice for something you plan on building.

Post those types of posts in General Discussion if you really want to post them. "For Fun" posts are meant to be in OT or GD, not any of the other categories. Only use other categories for actual questions.
