VRM wise they should be the same.

From there, just look at the features of each board for more details.

It should be enough for an Oced i7-9700K or a non Oced i9-9900K.

And it's not a crap 4 phase VRM design, it's just a 4 phase VRM design.

4 phases are just 4 phases.

Nicely tweaked but still 4 phases.

So, not the best solution for Ocing a i9-9900K.

However, the problem lies elsewhere.

There are cheaper motherboard alternatives out there with better characteristics. :)
