I would honesstly ask for pictures of some sort so you can verify the machine. Ask for multiple pics too to ensure they aren't random. If he will do it, specifically ask for one pic of the outside and one of the inside, along with pics of the boxed components. If he will send them of course. If the seller seems to be avoiding pictures, he is probably hiding something, so dont buy it. If he sends pics right away and the pics look legit and match the description, then I would trust it. Also be aware that it may be used.

Ask for CPU Z/actual pics, other than that looks like a decent deal. But jut build it yourself if you have any doubts on the legitimacy, or want any sort of warranty.
