Windows 7 Home Premium limits usable RAM to 16GB regardless if you've got 24, 32, or 64 physically installed, but it's still possible to add Win7 HP to a greater-than-16GB RAM build or add greater than 16GB RAM to a Win7 HP build.

That's definitely something I can incorporate in - perhaps just a warning of sorts? (but not a strict compatibility restriction)
