That's right folks. For our next website, we've decided to focus on outdoors / camping / hiking.
I can't wait to get my Coleman camp torch to 5 ghz!
inb4 jipster spoils url
It's because we need to go outside more isn't it?
Is the next one after that about puppies?
The 8GB could mean that it has 8GB of biological memory for the doggy brain. :D
Creepy. Then you'll end up building a dog that looks weirder than the one in the Hunger Games.
You almost had me fooled
This is unexpected.
I get it, you are allowing a site for CS:GO silvers to pick the tents and RVs they want to setup and camp in inside of CS:GO competitive matches. Thanks, I will finally be able to end these campers!
True, they use RVs and riot shields
Any specific parts of outdoors / camping / hiking? As in, extreme conditions (volcano, polar, lunar...), "standard stuff" (bad-but-worth-the-bond family camping trip, El-Cheapo romantic night under the stars...)...
Also, Modular Tents, Aye or Nay?
Ooo... And RVs? Would it be like the console vs PC war for Tent vs RV?
i support this fully, i need a great place for getting my outdoor items.
what about firearmpartpicker for those of us who want to build deadly untraceable weapons (april fools)
I better be able to buy a lime green RV from 1979.
Or just do one for plastic surgery, mainly nose jobs.
Damn. Surgeon picker.
Wife picker. . . uh oh
Well, we can get our Yeti coolers to 15 Ghz.
Not a joke. And if you watch one of the videos you can tell old Phillip and his gang are rugged outdoors men.
I can't wait for the other spin offs like puppy picker and restaurant picker.
I do like food.
I keep a few of the pcpartpicker food items in my inventory.
Did you or your staff add these in?
It makes me laugh and I can see munching while building or simply perusing for parts.
It's not a joke.
Well you had me fooled.
HAHA! You ALMOST had me fooled.
With your username, I detect a slight bit of self bias...
But in all seriousness, that's a cool idea. I'd love to work on something like that, but to be honest I think it would be a while before I could get to it. I'm a big microcontroller fan - my first was a 68HC05, then I used PICs a lot, then a big of Arduino. We also used some RPis here at the office for stuff.
What do you use the Pis for?
I used three rPis for stat dashboard displays, but I ran into a lot of flash corruption if I left them running for weeks at a time so I abandoned those for x86 running windows (sigh). We have some others running some skunkworks stuff that should hopefully see light of day here in a few months.
They are mini computers.
You can use them as motion sensers, alarm clocks, metflix rigs, or a toned down PC for your little sister or something.
I was asking Philip what he uses the Pis for. I've got one myself, although I don't use it much.
I use mine as a kodi box
Not straight from the 'lover of horses' mouth. (One meaning of the name Phillip)
ends in 'er', but not a picker.
