if you add nothing else and do not overclock, you have a decent 100W headroom which should be fine. Others might have different opinions

If you ever want to get an FX 8350, go with the build. Its a bit more, but it comes with a free game. The Athlon II X4 645 actually isn't a bad CPU. I would recommend getting the FX 6300 for your next upgrade though.

If you don't care for upgradeability, then this build will be great. The Athlon II X4 750K is a great quad core CPU, and the 7790 will give you some good performance on a budget. The Athlon 750K is more powerful than the Athlon 645, but you won't be able to get a 6 or 8 core FM2 CPU any time soon.
