What's your favorite adblock, or do you not use one?

Recently switched from AdBlock to uBlock Origin as it (supposedly) uses less resources. No complaints of either, although with AdBlock I occasionally had Chrome hanging on "Waiting for AdBlock" for a couple of seconds.

Same here. No regrets.

Yes, adblock does take longer, but ublock doesn't block everything, like bing ads.

Started to notice that uBlock is a bit "looser" indeed. But it's nothing that bothers me too much though :)

I think it's just called adblocker what I use.

Because ABP has turned to ****, and ABE's project is being abandoned, I decided I needed a new Adblocker. Luckely uBlock showed up. I use ublock origin on my linux installation with Firefox, and ublock on chrome (more or less universal ad blocker across all platforms)

As for browsers it's "Ad-Block Plus.", has great features. also, combined with this: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ghostery/mlomiejdfkolichcflejclcbmpeaniij?hl=en

It can be a good combo, Ghostery blocks company's from tracking browsing habits and searches. Read its description on that page if u wanna know more.

You can always turn off adblock on youtube, and adblock has something called the acceptable ads program. And you could just contribute directly.
