Great CPU! Tons of power and easily scores 1200 running Cinebench R15 after a 4.5GHz overclock. Overclocking ability is pretty limited to the chip.. mine is power hungry so I found the sweet spot at 4.4GHz @ 1.385v. Worth the money in "price > performance" comparison to the 4960x.
Been using this stuff for years and will continue to do so in every build to come! This stuff isn't the most expensive, nor the cheapest, but it surely is some of the highest rated thermal compound on the market and for good reason!
Beast of a board. Simply hands down best of the best by Asus for the X79 platform. I do wish they would have made the board more server oriented seeings this was built from the ground up for Ivy Bridge-E processors on the X79 platform.. given 40 pcie lanes you would think they would have designed the board to be compatible 16x in all four slots.
The Corsair AX1200i Digital ATX is highly efficient and uses a Digital Signal Processor (DSP) to provide digitally-controlled power and an interface to Corsair’s Corsair Link software for real-time monitoring and control. With a 10 year warranty makes this easily the best of the best, unless your needing more power than the 1500w version is what you will want..
Easily the best OS from Microsoft! I upgraded my system to Windows 10, but I still have to agree with Windows 7 ultimate being the best OS to date!
