Everything is working perfectly as of 1 month after the build. when I added up all the prices including shipping and handling I got it for $735.98. I was aiming for under $750 but I got a little extra back. check out my website for more PC builds

Part Reviews

This core is supper fast I am really glad that I went with the i5-6500 and not the i5-6400.

This motherboard is just what i needed it was simple and everything was labled, and for a first time builder that was what I was looking for. only 4 stars because their website was very unorganized

This was an awsome buy but I would sugest getting the 2 X 8gb because it isnt much more expensive. I didnt get it because I dont play games that would need 16gb of ram. 5 stars because it is "RAM"

it works perfctly for what it has to do

Video Card

THIS THING IS POWERFUL. it is deffinatly more than I needed but it goes over and beone what it is supposed to do. 100fps on WOT

This case was perfect for a first time builder because the extra wires were labled and there was enough roon for cables

Power Supply

This is a really good power supply but the reason I gave it 3 stars was because none ofthe wires were labeled and some of them were even to short to route behind the case

Optical Drive

works perfectly for the price, I only got it to download windows 10

Operating System

This is all i needed because I am not going to be exchanging my GIGSBYTE motherboard any time soon.

Wireless Network Adapter

This is a perfect little wirless adapter. The wires sre long enough it even has bluetooth withch I cant use because I only had oun usb on my motherbosrd. just an added feature

This is a really good monitor. no dead pixels. the only reason I gave it 4 stars was because on some websites it said it came with a hdmi cable BUT IT DOESNT. i bought one for like $7 at bestbuy.

It works perfect for what I needed. Just a plain black keyboard, all I ever asked for.

Nice build... I have a case like this as well... I hate it, it gets so hot and has zero amounts of cable management. I think the little there is you utilized well. Nice Job

Pretty nice build. but still some slight fixes I would recommend :)

  • Hdd. eh I would spend the $5 more and get a 7200 rpm instead of 5400. hdds are already slow compared to an ssd and 5400 is just unbearable.

  • Gpu. eh 750 ti is a wonderful card don't get me wrong. but getting the 2 fan models is useless and cost to much. Id rather spend $95 for the exact performance. They are a very small watt use card and don't need much cooling. Also at $120 you couldve spent $30 more dollars and gotten a gtx 960 which is 60% faster than the 750 ti.

  • Psu. People don't hate on psu for no reason. just because it says you get 450 doesn't mean you get that much, on this MAYBE 400 watts. and this leaves absolutely no room for upgrading. my old gtx 560 says it only pulls 150, but pulls 300 on big loads. So that can be a problem but I have a 750 watt psu which is overkill but you get my point.

  • Monitor seems like a decent deal, 20" seems kind of small but if thats what you are comfortable with then go for it. I would've recommended going to a store first to see what the sizes are. Id say at least 24". I have a 27" and it seems small to me but I stay small as I can for resolution.

  • And last but not least, the wifi card... I'm not hating on this card because It may be a good one but I don't feel like wasting my time to look up a wifi card there all the same really. I always recommend to use Ethernet if possible because there is never any connection issues and is a lot faster. Another added bonus is that if your internet slows down from all the people using it, you get put ahead of everyone else and don't have to suffer as much.

But very first nice build! Don't take this as rudeness, but all builds have criticism. :) have fun with the build. @Caleb

thanks man, i am going to reply to each of you constructive critisisume not to be mean but because im bored

-i have used hdd all my life so i saw no reason to spend more on an ssd

-i dont do much gaming and my house has no centural air and my room is always put last so i thought that two fans would just keep it cool. but i see what you mean.

-i entend on not upgrading for a while but yeah i know that i should have bougt more.

-i was daling with a 10" on my old laptop so this was a huge upgrade for me.

-i didnt have a way to get ethernet in my room at the time of building this so i needed this (and btw it is great) but i just bought a 50' ethernet cable and i wired it through my closet into my atic and doun the middle of my house next to the chimny and to my modem in the opposite side of my house in the basement. I joind the 200MB club!! p.s. I ended up bridging the wifi and ethernet together so when no ones using my router i can get faster speeds p.p.s. I have the netgear nighthalk so most of the time i have boosted speeds from my router

thx for the feedback...

What do you mean with "unorganized"? I think it's a pretty organized and clear website :-)

Anyways, very good budget build! :D
