Description

My PC looked very boring when I first created it, so I decided to clean it up and add some colorful parts. I started with the red fans, then RAM, cables, and a liquid cooler. I replaced my EVGA 500w PSU for an EVGA SuperNOVA G3. I am so glad I made that decision because I love the look of my cable extensions, and it gets rid of all those extra cables that I will never use. 750W gives me lots of room in the future to upgrade.

I originally created this pc for gaming and surfing the interwebs. I got tired of slow loading and boot times, so I decided to add an SSD for my boot drive.

I went with the MSI H110M board originally because it was only $20, but I know that I will have to replace it in the future for overclocking abilities.

I am not too happy with the N200 Case because it is VERY hard to manage cables, but I pulled it off with my custom PSU cover that I made. The side panel was very boring and I couldn't see any of my nice upgrades, so I decided to buy a 12" by 12" Acrylic and make a see-through panel. I cut the case out with a Dremel and drilled holes for screws. I love the way it turned out.

This PC can run games like Fortnite at 120+fps at 1080p ultra settings.

My old "Pre-upgrade" pics are at the end. the change was amazing!

Why not get an 8400? It has 6 cores and works better for gaming and for productivity, too.

Considering it says "when i first created it" im pretty sure this is an older build and they just wanted to show off the cosmetic changes

I'm just giving upgrade advice. You don't need to downvote my broski

Ok my friend, don't make assumptions. I would never downvote comments that add on to my thread and/or add to a conversation.

Yes, this is an older build. I would have needed a different motherboard for the 8400, and I got my motherboard for $20. I will most likely upgrade the motherboard in the future so I can overclock, but the 6600K is working just fine in gaming at 1080p. Also, 4 cores are generally enough for gaming.
